Due to ongoing impact from COVID-19, the number of parcel collections and shipment pickups throughout our fulfillment centers have been substantially reduced and delayed.
Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS have scaled back typical delivery operations to ensure safety and compliance. We’re working closely with carriers to closely monitor the situation across local restrictions and curfews in certain areas across the US. Depending on the products and timeline of production, you will receive the shipping confirmation right after the product is shipped. There are occasions when holidays, sale campaigns, miscellaneous events can affect the delivery time but we always try to monitor them and keep it no more than 7 business days of committed timeframe. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Standard Shipping Times, except minor delays from carriers:

- USA: 10-25 Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 14-25 Days
- Rest of World: 25+ Days

Be aware to add up the production time too if you need to receive it for special events. 


WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

We have multiple factories in China and United States. Please read the description of the product carefully to know the shipping time. 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

We only allow order modification within 24 hour since payment.

We ship to more than 200 countries (United States US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, etc...), and you can enjoy on all items sold on the Store.

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAX AND CHARGES

Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your order in our tracking portal

In the rare situation, it may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments). Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is travelling through sorting centers. Please be patient as you have our 30 day+ buyer protection program here:
