Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

Notes

• Because of high demand, please allow 3-4 week shipping time. If you need it sooner, please contact us to use express service at cost of $15
• We will notify to you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then track the package by copy pasting the tracking code to our  tracking portal
• If the order was made with wrong size by your input, we cannot take the responsibility. However, you can inform us in 24 hour to change the size.
• Size exchange requests after production ends that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by us.
